Janese's Steak Rub is formulated from a 50+ year old family recipe. Developed by Janese Tennant and formerly sold under the name Janese Can Cook, this spice blend is delicious on steaks, beef or pork roasts, on chicken, and it makes a wonderful beef stew or beef stroganoff.
You can also make "Steak Paint" by adding all or part of the bottle of Steak Rub to enough soy sauce to make a thin paste. Brush this on meat.
No preservatives or anti-caking ingredients are added to our spice blends. Some clumping may occur in humid conditions.
