About Uncle Bunk’s Uncle Bunk’s is a new specialty food company that is owned and operated by Larry Young and his wife Rose Marie, along with their two daughters. Located in Sistersville, WV, Uncle Bunk’s manufactures gourmet products based on old-time Appalachian recipes. These products include Mustard Relish (Hot & Medium) - 1st Place Scovie Award 2005 and Grand Prize Amateur Scovie Award 2004, Rustic Pepper Sauce (Hot & Medium), Amateur Scovie Award 2004, and 14 Day Sweet Pickles – the crispiest pickles you’ll ever eat. All of our products are based on Larry’s (also known as Uncle Bunk in case you were wondering) grandmother’s recipes. Our products are home-made in small batches, and hand cut and packed in the same way that generations have canned these West Virginia favorites.
