Our Steak Rub is formulated from a 50+ year old family recipe that was originally developed by our good friend Janese Tennant and formerly sold
under the name Janese Can Cook.
This spice blend is delicious on steaks, beef or pork roasts, on chicken, and it makes
a wonderful beef stew or beef stroganoff.
Try it on French Fries and baked potatoes! We use it as a general salt & pepper seasoning! In our house Steak Rub makes everything better!
You can also make "Steak Paint" by adding all or part of the bottle of Steak Rub to enough soy sauce to make a thin paste. Brush this on meat.
No preservatives or anti-caking ingredients are added to our spice blends. Some clumping may occur in humid conditions.
